JSB Tour&Mice Co., Ltd (JSB TOUR & MICE) processes personal information received through website inquiries as set out below

We process personal information to review and reply to travel and event inquiries. We do not use it for any other purpose, and we will ask for your consent before any change of purpose

- Optional: company or group, preferred date, expected group size and products or services of interest
Please do not include sensitive details such as passport numbers or health information in your message
3. Retention and deletion
- We keep inquiries for one year after the consultation ends and then delete them without delay
- If an inquiry leads to a contract, contract records are kept for the periods required by law
- Electronic files are deleted so they cannot be recovered, and printouts are shredded

We do not provide personal information to third parties, except where there is a legal basis or where an investigative authority requests it following procedures set out in law

You may at any time request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, or suspension of its processing. Contact us by email or phone and we will act without delay. You may also make a request through a legal representative or an authorized agent

- The website and inquiry transmissions are protected by encryption (HTTPS)
- Access to inquiry emails is limited to the staff who handle them
- We do not collect information that is not needed for the consultation
8. Cookies and automatic collection
This website does not use cookies or visitor analytics tools. Only your preference for pausing on-screen motion is stored temporarily in your browser, and it is cleared when you close the window. The servers that host the website may keep access logs, such as IP addresses, for security and operation
